Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at refunds@makeupbox.com.
